Jean is a licensed attorney in New York who has worked in finance for over 20 years, and is currently an Executive Director at a global investment bank overseeing enterprise-wide operational risk.
She also speaks and consults on organizational conflict, using her proprietary method called ‘Fractional Success.’
Jean is the author of Your S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Blueprint, which reached #1 on Amazon in ‘Wealth Management,’ ‘Personal Success in Business,’ ‘Business Mentoring and Coaching,’ and won the 2022 International Impact Book Awards.
In 2023 she delivered a talk at TEDxOneonta called “Hard Work Doesn’t Have to be Hard.”

fun facts about me!
I can’t watch nature shows where the prey is attacked by the predator, it makes me cringe and cry.
I love recreating restaurant food at home but can’t eat most of what I cook unless they’re vegetarian or fish dishes (my kids are the best judges!)
My goal is to travel the world with my kids and experience different cultures with them, starting with Asia.
