Jean is a licensed attorney in New York and an Executive Director at a global investment bank. With more than 20 years of experience in finance and leadership, she has built her career at the intersection of decision-making, risk, and organizational leadership.
Jean works with organizations to identify capable leaders who may be stuck in execution and help elevate them to roles where their judgment shapes decisions. As a Leadership Pipeline Architect, she helps organizations recognize overlooked leadership potential and strengthen how they identify and develop future leaders.
She is the author of Your S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Blueprint, which reached #1 on Amazon in Wealth Management, Personal Success in Business, and Business Mentoring and Coaching, and received the 2022 International Impact Book Award.
In 2023, Jean delivered a TEDx talk titled “Hard Work Doesn’t Have to be Hard.”

fun facts about me!
I can’t watch nature shows where the prey is attacked by the predator, it makes me cringe and cry.
I love recreating restaurant food at home but can’t eat most of what I cook unless they’re vegetarian or fish dishes (my kids are the best judges!)
My goal is to travel the world with my kids and experience different cultures with them, starting with Asia.
