Conflict is inevitable. How we respond to it, though, is

It’s time for Fortune 500 companies to ramp up their diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment. Traditional corporate training programs of the past, however, no longer work to address unconscious biases that keep your company from achieving a truly inclusive workplace.

In the pursuit of living authentically, I wanted to share my experiences with parenting both consciously and authentically. Sometimes I’m successful and other times, I’m not. Either way, my goal is to demonstrate that the “parenting rules” of yesterday may not always work today, especially when your kids are “square pegs” (like mine).
